Vanilla Oil Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons diced shallots
  • 1 clove of finely minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of dijon mustard
  • 2/3 cups vanilla oil

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid and shake vigorously until everything is incorporated; or put ingredients in a bowl and whisk until it is incorporated well.
  2. Serve on your favorite salad or veggies and enjoy!
