Meat and More Tortilla Crackers
- Meat and More Vanilla Salt (to taste)
- 2-8 Raw (organic preferred) fresh tortillas
- Olive oil (enough to brush on fresh tortillas)
Preheat your oven to 350. On an 8x11 cookie sheet place two fresh raw tortillas (not touching) flat and brush lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle your meat and more vanilla salt all over the tortillas to taste. Using a pizza cutter or a sharp knife, cut into squares.
Place in your preheated oven and bake 3-5 minutes. Watch carefully as oven temperatures vary. You want them crispy and not burnt.
Good to eat with soups, dips or on their own as a yummy snack.
