Vanilla Oil Vinaigrette
- 2 tablespoons diced shallots
- 1 clove of finely minced garlic
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- ½ teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of dijon mustard
- 2/3 cups vanilla oil
Put all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid and shake vigorously until everything is incorporated; or put ingredients in a bowl and whisk until it is incorporated well.
Serve on your favorite salad or veggies and enjoy!
